The boring-but-important part.
Welcome to PiEL Phone Wraps. These Terms explain the rules for using our website, shopping with us, and generally keeping things civilized.
When you browse the site, place an order, or use any of our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
PiEL Phone Wraps is powered by Shopify, which helps us run the store and provide our services.
1. Using the Site
You must be old enough to legally make purchases where you live.
If you create an account or place an order, the information you provide needs to be accurate and current. You’re responsible for keeping your account information and login credentials secure.
Please don’t sell, transfer, or hand your account over to someone else.
2. Our Products
We work hard to make our product photos and mockups as accurate as possible.
That said, screens are screens. Colors, finishes, metallic effects, and color-shifting vinyl can look different depending on your display, brightness settings, lighting, and viewing angle.
For color-shift wraps especially, that’s kind of the point.
We don’t guarantee that a product will look exactly the same on your device as it does on ours.
Product descriptions, availability, colors, and collections may change or disappear without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. Your order becomes official once we accept it and successfully process payment.
Please double-check your:
- device model
- wrap color
- shipping address
- contact information
before submitting your order.
Once we start processing an order, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
PiEL products are sold for personal use unless we specifically agree otherwise.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
You’ll be charged the price shown when you place your order, plus any applicable taxes or paid shipping upgrades.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.
If we discover an obvious pricing, inventory, or listing error, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We’ll do our part to get your order packed and moving quickly.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package is with the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control may happen.

6. Our Stuff Is Our Stuff
The PiEL name, branding, product names, designs, photography, mockups, graphics, text, videos, and other original content belong to PiEL Phone Wraps or their respective licensors.
Feel free to admire them. Please don’t copy, reproduce, sell, modify, scrape, or republish them without permission.
Personal browsing and shopping? Absolutely.
Stealing the furniture? Not so much.
7. Third-Party Tools
Sometimes we use tools or services provided by other companies.
Those tools may have their own terms and privacy practices, and we can’t control everything they do.
Use them at your own discretion.
8. Third-Party Links
Our site may occasionally link somewhere else.
Once you leave PiEL, that third-party site is responsible for its own content, products, policies, and questionable life decisions.
Please review their terms before purchasing or sharing information with them.
9. Relationship With Shopify
Leave Shopify’s existing Section 9 exactly as generated.
Shopify specifically flags this section as one that should not be removed or modified.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Because Shopify powers our store, some information you provide is processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, and provide the services you request.
11. Reviews, Feedback & Ideas
If you send us reviews, photos, suggestions, ideas, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
You also give PiEL permission to use that content to operate, improve, and promote the business, unless otherwise required by law.
Don’t submit anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or malicious.
Basically: be cool.
12. Mistakes Happen
Occasionally, the website may contain a typo, incorrect price, inventory mistake, inaccurate product description, or other error.
If we spot one, we may correct it, update the information, or cancel an affected order where appropriate.
13. Don’t Be Weird With the Website
Please don’t use the site to:
- break the law
- harass or harm people
- spread malware
- steal content
- scrape customer information
- spam or phish
- impersonate someone else
- bypass security measures
- interfere with the operation of the store
We may restrict or terminate access if the site is being abused.
Then I would keep Sections 14–24 substantially as Shopify wrote them.
Those sections cover agents/AI access, termination, warranty disclaimers, liability, indemnification, severability, assignment, governing law, and changes to the Terms. That’s the exact material where clever copy stops being helpful and can accidentally alter your protections.
